The following rules are rules that everyone must follow, regardless if they have a rider, candidate, or not.

-There will be no godmoding or powerplaying. Ever.
-There is no set limit to how large or small posts may be. However, there can be no one-liners. It is liked that the posts don’t fall under five sentences minimum.
-If someone posts a four-line post above you, don’t post only two lines. Try to make posting a contest, and see how many lines you can post.
-Literacy is a big issue. Use capitalization, punctuation, grammar, spelling, and if at all possible write in paragraphs.
-Please, if something gets too mature, put a warning in the title. No one wants to be reading a thread, and suddenly there is something that younger people shouldn’t be seeing.
-Blood and gore happens. During hatchings, a hatchling may be mauled to death, or a candidate (whether expressly permitted by the role player, or a NPC) may be killed. During Flights, two dragonesses may Fly at the same time, and die. But please, as per the rule above, if things get too ‘R’ rated, make it known in the title.
-Fighting is not permitted, unless it’s what the thread is about. OOC fighting is strictly prohibited, and if we see anyone OOC fighting, we will ban both people for a set amount of time. Please, if you want to fight, do it over PM or off the site. No one wants it.
-No instant romances. Love takes time, not one day, or one sevenday, maybe a month. There are no love at first sights either.

In order to make a candidate, the role player must read these rules.

-There will be no Candidatemaster, but there will be a chores list. Sometime before Impressing, the Candidate must do their chores.
-There will be no asking for High Ranks. If one asks for a High Rank repeatedly, it is quite possible one may not get a High Ranked dragon.
-If a Candidate does not post at least once anywhere, then that Candidate will automatically be less likely to Impress a dragon at a Hatching.
-Even if a Candidate posts at least once, there is a high chance of not Impressing, depending on the Clutch average.

-When creating your character, unless you’ve had express permission from an admin, you may not create a Green, Purple, or Blue.
-When role playing, please make sure we know when your dragon is talking and you are talking.
EX: “Hello my dear Dragonth.” Says Player. Hello my dear Player. Says Dragonth.
-Riders may have only one Weyrmate at a time, but the dragons can Chase (or Fly) whoever they want.
-If a dragon catches the Senior Queen and his rider is not the Senior Weyrleader, then the former Senior Weyrleader must step down. The same is true for a Junior Queen.
-Before EVERY Flight, the role player of the dragon getting ready to Fly MUST PM an admin to see if that Flight is okay.

-No Clutch can contain more eggs than the specified amount. Gold dragons cannot Clutch.
-ALWAYS PM an admin before starting a Flight (Goldriders are exempt from this rule, but can only rise 5 times per ‘Turn’).
